FAQ

Custom orders are only available the 1st through the 15th of each month. These are not eligible for return or exchanges. Items will be lettered exactly as typed. 

Any digital item is not eligible for return.

Yes! Signs come ready to hang, with a sawtooth hanger. They also have a sealer.

I recommend signs be hung inside, but the sealer should keep them safe on a covered porch, or door. It's a good rule of thumb to reseal outside signs every 6 months. 

It could take two weeks to complete your order. We sell our signs on many platforms so once you place an order with us it is likely there is a number of orders in front of yours. So in theory NO it doesn't take us two weeks to make your sign, but the processing time could be up to that due to the volume of orders we have in front of yours.
